About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, providing improvement recommendations
  • Manage the customer journey across all touchpoints
  • Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
  • Collaborate with product management, creative services, and other cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and assets
  • Stay current with customer marketing trends and best practices
  • Manage external vendor and agency relationships, ensuring timely, on-budget deliverables
  • Work with the Marketing Shared Service to ensure high-quality materials and timely output
  • Provide ad hoc support to peer product businesses, including major customer and trade events
  • Report to the Director Marketing with a matrix reporting line to the Senior Manager Marketing for the Fire business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Proven track record developing successful channel marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (valued/preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday for the first 90 days
  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule thereafter
