About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary business and process translator for a S4 HANA project, converting operational and planning requirements into standardized, scalable SAP S4 HANA solutions
Provide inventory management and planning expertise to guide system design decisions, exception handling, and execution models across global Process Technology operations
Lead configuration and validation of inventory requirements supporting process designs with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders
Drive process simplification and global standardization aligned with the One Honeywell operating model
Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and IT to gather requirements, assess gaps, and implement system enhancements
Validate user stories and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and defined business outcomes
Identify gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
Report directly to the Director of Materials Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
Strong SAP ERP knowledge in a manufacturing environment, including ERP implementation experience
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and material planning processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of materials management, operations, inventory management, procurement logistics, and manufacturing
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize material flow
Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder management
U.S. person requirement: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent (valued)
S4 HANA ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) experience (valued)
Six Sigma Certification (valued)
