About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring correct installation, rigorous testing, and optimal performance
Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to optimizing operations
Report directly to the Sr Engineering Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in full stack software development
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with Node.js
Experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Knowledge of MongoDB and SQL database systems
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Experience using GitHub, Jira, and other collaborative tools
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven ability to drive successful software development projects and initiatives
3+ years in a technical leadership role
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Candidate must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, U.S. protected status, or able to obtain an export authorization
