About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and interpret large datasets from multiple business systems
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
- Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and related tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements
- Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows
- Leverage Azure services for data integration, storage, and analytics
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities
- Document data models, processes, and reporting solutions
- Oversee, supervise, and review team members' tasks
- Manage end-to-end processes and projects for internal and external clients
- Issue instructions and guidance on assigned tasks
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Hands-on experience with Azure data services
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Azure Data Factory
- Preferred: Azure SQL Database
- Preferred: Azure Synapse Analytics
- Preferred: Azure Data Lake
- Preferred: Power Automate and Power Apps
- Preferred: Python or R
