About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Co-lead Honeywell AutonomyX and related digital transformation opportunity development across META
  • Research customer operating models, business priorities, performance improvement levers, and digital/autonomy transformation opportunities
  • Translate customer challenges into structured consulting problem statements linked to Honeywell and AutonomyX solutions
  • Prepare executive engagement materials, value hypotheses, customer narratives, account-specific storylines, value propositions, executive summaries, business cases, case studies, and sales enablement content
  • Lead or participate in selected customer discussions and workshops, including preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-up
  • Lead regional demonstrations, conferences, campaigns, and strategic pursuits
  • Provide go-to-market planning inputs, account prioritization, white-space analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Scope customer diagnostic exercises, workshops, value assessments, and consulting studies
  • Develop proposals, workshop agendas, data request lists, workplans, interview guides, and analysis frameworks
  • Coordinate technical, sales, and solution team inputs for consulting deliverables
  • Develop diagnostic reports, gap analyses, business cases, value roadmaps, maturity assessments, and adoption plans
  • Drive follow-up actions, maintain opportunity documentation, and hand over consulting discovery to sales execution
  • Build and improve AutonomyX consulting assets, templates, value frameworks, and proposal content within the Pune CoE
  • Lead internal enablement activities and share best practices, case studies, and reusable methods

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior consulting experience with a leading consulting firm at Associate level or equivalent, including strategy, operations, transformation, digital, or value-creation work; alternatively, an MBA from a leading business school
  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, refining, petrochemicals, or other process industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical engineering discipline preferred; Chemical Engineering desirable
  • Experience in operational transformation, performance improvement, digital transformation, or operating model improvement preferred
  • Ability to lead consulting workstreams, customer workshops, or opportunity development activities with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Strong written communication and executive-presentation preparation skills
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong quantitative skills, including business case development, financial modelling, scenario planning, benchmarking, and value analysis
  • Ability to work effectively from Pune with META stakeholders across time zones
  • Ability to travel selectively to the Middle East as required
