About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities to align with business objectives and customer commitments
  • Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of project milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular stakeholder status updates
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete action items and deliverables on time
  • Manage project financial tracking, forecasting, and milestone fidelity
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Support customer communications and resolve operational concerns promptly
  • Analyze business processes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and document decisions and action items
  • Ensure compliance with Honeywell policies, quality standards, and operational procedures
  • Lead and manage complex customer projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Report to the Sr. Project Mgmt Supervisor and work with Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Sales, and Customer stakeholders
  • Drive improvements in Honeywell’s Building Automation programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 or more years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, customer service, or a related business function
  • 3 or more years of strong organizational, data analysis, and time-management skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is valued
  • Experience supporting customer-facing projects or service operations
  • Knowledge of project or program management methodologies
  • Experience with business analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience supporting process optimization initiatives
  • Experience in building automation, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or service-related industries
  • Candidate must be a US citizen, permanent resident, asylum/refugee, or able to get export approval
