About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead engineering design, implementation, and commissioning of BMS / IBMS / SCADA projects
- Define project technical scope, architecture, and system design
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for project delivery
- Manage design submissions, technical documentation, engineering schedules, and deliverables
- Assign and oversee work packages for local and remote teams
- Drive project milestones, quality, and timelines
- Support system integration using Niagara and SCADA platforms
- Lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ experience in BMS / IBMS / Building Automation
- Proven experience in project engineering and end-to-end delivery lifecycle
- Strong expertise in SCADA platforms, such as Niagara
- Knowledge of HVAC / ACMV systems and IP-based networking
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes
- Experience with ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems
- Exposure to smart building / integrated platform solutions
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a matrix environment
