About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of assigned enterprise-wide events across Honeywell
  • Own the full event lifecycle from strategy and objective setting through execution and post-event impact reporting
  • Manage project planning, sourcing, contract negotiations, budgets, registration, and meeting logistics
  • Translate enterprise and business objectives into event strategies, experience designs, and delivery plans
  • Serve as the primary owner of scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes
  • Partner with corporate functions, business groups, senior leaders, and other stakeholders on event purpose, success metrics, and audience strategy
  • Align business needs with enterprise messaging, brand standards, and executive priorities
  • Coordinate with communications, brand, marketing, product, and executive teams on aligned storytelling
  • Create detailed project plans, production schedules, and run-of-show documents
  • Identify risks and lead solutions across complex stakeholder environments
  • Define success metrics and lead post-event evaluation and executive-ready reporting
  • Build, recruit, develop, and retain a strong, diverse, and inclusive team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale events or experiences, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, including budget tracking, project timelines, logistics and deliverables schedules, event specifications, meeting agendas, and notes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven success managing cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and high-visibility deliverables
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting executive-level events and programs
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and PowerApp platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and optimization
  • B2B experience
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills, including presentations
