Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of technical knowledge/experience in electronic and mechanical systems
  • Experience using diagnostic tools, service management software tools, and schematic drawings
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness and ability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally
  • Experience in field service or technical support roles
  • Experience working in industrial or commercial service environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field assignments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
