Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) experience, including installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • 2+ years of HVAC controls/DDC experience
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting controllers
  • 2+ years of experience with BACnet, LON, Modbus, and other open protocols
  • 2+ years of experience with system startup, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and optimization
  • 2+ years of experience reading schematics, control drawings, and integrating third-party systems
  • 2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles area
  • Hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara N4 platform
  • Knowledge of HVAC controls, BAS, and controller programming
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and control sequences
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
