Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize building control, mechanical, and electrical systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) experience, including installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting
2+ years of HVAC controls/DDC experience
2+ years of experience troubleshooting controllers
2+ years of experience with BACnet, LON, Modbus, and other open protocols
2+ years of experience with system startup, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and optimization
2+ years of experience reading schematics, control drawings, and integrating third-party systems
2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
Hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara N4 platform
Knowledge of HVAC controls, BAS, and controller programming
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and control sequences
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
