About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise daily financial activities including accounting, reporting, and compliance processes
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with local and corporate standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial controls and procedures
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance staff to develop their skills and performance
Report directly to finance leadership
Oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and financial regulations in Mexico
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Proven ability to manage financial processes and lead a team effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (valued, not required)
Experience working in a multinational company environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
