About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement integrated people strategies for Finance, Information Technology, Services, Engineering, and Legal functions
  • Partner with functional leaders and the Senior HR Director for Functions to align HR strategies with growth, transformation, and customer commitments
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Drive organizational design, role clarity, strategic workforce planning, location strategy, and functional transformation initiatives
  • Coach and partner with leaders to build high-performing teams
  • Manage performance, employee relations, policy adherence, and change communications
  • Use workforce analytics and business insights to identify capability gaps, turnover and succession risks, talent pipeline needs, and productivity opportunities
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, HR Operations, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Proven business partner expertise supporting professional, technical, or corporate functions within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated success translating business strategies into talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex matrix environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is valued
  • Experience supporting enterprise functions such as Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Engineering, and Services
  • Background in global, matrixed, technology-driven, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments undergoing significant transformation
