About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and deliver complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives supporting HR strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
Fluency in Spanish & English
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives.
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies relevant to HR projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
Experience with HR systems and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (valued/preferred).
Fluency in French, Italian & Portuguese (valued).
PMP certification is a plus.
