About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day Global Mobility & Immigration operations
  • Provide administrative support for employee immigration and mobility processes
  • Manage and monitor assigned cases, ensuring timely follow-up, data accuracy, and completion of required actions
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate case progression and information gathering
  • Analyze, validate, and organize large volumes of information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Help maintain compliance through accurate documentation, case tracking, and data governance practices
  • Prepare trackers, reports, dashboards, and data analyses using Microsoft Excel
  • Support operational processes, audits and documentation requirements
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization
  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, and proactive follow-up on assigned responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, validate, and analyze information
  • Previous professional experience in Human Resources, Administration, Shared Services, Operations, Customer Service, or a similar business environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality HR services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Interest in Global Mobility, Immigration, or Human Resources
