About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements by working with business stakeholders to understand Production Planning, Production Execution, and Quality Management processes, challenges, and requirements
Design SAP S/4 HANA solutions for SAP PP and QM processes based on business needs and industry best practices
Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules, including MRP Live, ePPDS, order types, and related processes
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP PP/QM and other systems
Develop and execute test scripts to validate configured solutions
Provide training to end-users on new processes and functionalities
Create user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials
Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting, applying patches, and implementing enhancements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using SAP S/4 HANA features
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Report to the Sr IT Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as an SAP consultant specializing in SAP PP and QM, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA
In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Quality modules, including configuration, customization, and integration
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system conversions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Bachelor's degree (valued/preferred)
SAP S4 PP Certification (valued/preferred)
Knowledge of SAP MRP Live and ePPDS
Basic knowledge of ABAP
Knowledge of interfaces with external systems
Strong knowledge of Planning and Manufacturing Business Processes
Knowledge of SAP Implementation Methodology, including waterfall and agile
