About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Track project progress
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and allocate internal team members and external vendors
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including experience in a leadership or managerial role
- 3+ years of experience inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team
- 3+ years of experience delivering complex IT projects meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar
- Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives
- Strong project portfolio management skills
- Passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
