Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze procurement data and develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, detect cost-saving opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
Leverage procurement software and analytics to enhance purchasing processes, monitoring, and reporting.
Drive the purchasing process from identifying procurement needs through supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms for cost-effective, high-quality purchases.
Monitor and control purchasing costs, identify savings opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize resource allocation.
Foster supplier relationships, address concerns, resolve issues, and collaborate on supply-chain improvements.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies; maintain accurate records.
Contribute to quality-control standards, inspections, and performance assessments.
Support procurement budget management and allocate resources efficiently.
Implement sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation.
Report directly to the Procurement Project Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, data analytics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying.
Proficient English skills (Conversational).
Relevant experience in data analytics for procurement/supply chain.
Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
Reporting management and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control.
Proficient in procurement software and tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
