About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the functional authority for procurement-related SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA integrations
Lead acquisition integrations, ERP transformations, deployment governance, and issue escalation across Honeywell businesses
Establish and govern procurement data standards and stewardship processes
Support master data governance, migration strategy, and control framework development
Coordinate enterprise-wide sourcing data mapping across SAP, Ariba, and related procurement platforms
Lead continuous improvement, process optimization, analytics, KPI governance, and performance reporting
Support Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay harmonization, including SAP S/4HANA integration with Ariba, Basware, and other procurement technologies
Advise Procurement, Finance, IT, Audit, Compliance, and business leaders while driving stakeholder alignment, change management, and solution adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree completed
7+ years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA procurement processes, including acquisitions, business integrations, ERP deployments, and complex business transitions
Proficient English communication skills
Documented S/4HANA integration experience within the last 3 years
Strong project and program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, IT, Finance, Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders
Experience leading large-scale global ERP deployments and establishing integration standards, deployment playbooks, and deployment readiness criteria
Strong knowledge of procurement master data governance, data stewardship, data migration, and enterprise-wide data mapping across SAP and related procurement platforms
Intermediate analytics capabilities, including SQL, Power BI, and data-querying tools
Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent valued
Working knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and SOX requirements
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
