About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage ECN process, datasheets, and website updates for Edge Devices panels and system sensors
  • Assist with go-to-market planning, sales and marketing materials, launch activities, and early product-performance monitoring
  • Update and report Latest Estimate Revenue for global NPI projects and engage regional offering managers to understand market performance drivers
  • Manage the Conventional detector/module portfolio globally
  • Manage product obsolescence and lifecycle for Onyx and related products
  • Manage phase-out processes, including SAP phase-out tools, open-order closeout, and ECN creation
  • Support System Sensor and Edge Devices websites with current manuals, datasheets, and related content
  • Own material extension/creation processes and material SKU reservations in SAP
  • Manage market and competitive research for Edge Devices brands and create standardized materials for cross-functional leadership, Sales, Channel Marketing, Training, and Technical Support
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements, feature definitions, and documentation
  • Prioritize engineering project execution through the Agile Release Train for the nominated portfolio
  • Manage O&M activities with cross-functional contributors
  • Prepare marketing forecasts for demand planning, sourcing, and ISC
  • Facilitate market adoption of NPI products and manage subsequent portfolio consolidation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, hi-tech innovative product(s), or relevant marketing roles
  • 3+ years’ experience with software (cloud/SaaS)-enabled outcome-based solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Strategic Marketing, or related field (valued, not required)
  • Proven track record of success in a product marketing or strategic marketing environment
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and positively influence and drive consensus across teams without direct authority
  • Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across teams
  • Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and field sales
  • Ability to identify patterns among problems and issues
  • Ability to make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis
  • Decisive and logical approach to thoroughly evaluating issues
  • Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
  • Familiarity with concept validation and market research methods such as voice of customer
  • Ability to drive customer intimacy and understand customer needs
  • Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong project ownership
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. due to U.S. export control laws and regulations
