About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the ECN process and datasheet/website updates for Enterprise panels and system sensors
  • Assist with go-to-market planning, sales and marketing materials, launch coordination, and early product-performance monitoring
  • Provide latest-estimate revenue updates and reporting for global NPI projects
  • Engage regional offering managers to understand market factors affecting performance
  • Manage the Conventional detector/module portfolio globally
  • Manage product obsolescence and lifecycle for Onyx and related products
  • Manage phase-out processes, including SAP phase-out tools, open-order closeout, and ECN creation
  • Support customer-facing and ESD-facing System Sensor and Enterprise websites with current manuals and datasheets
  • Manage material extension/creation processes and SAP material SKU reservations
  • Conduct market and competitive research for SMB brands and create standardized cross-functional materials
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements, feature definitions, and documentation
  • Prioritize engineering project execution through the Agile Release Train
  • Manage operations and maintenance activities with cross-functional contributors
  • Prepare marketing forecasts for demand planning, sourcing, and ISC
  • Facilitate market adoption of NPI products and subsequent portfolio consolidation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, hi-tech innovative product(s), or relevant marketing roles
  • 3+ years’ experience with software (cloud/SaaS)-enabled outcome-based solutions
  • Proven track record of success in a product marketing or strategic marketing environment
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and positively influence and drive consensus across teams without direct authority
  • Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across teams
  • Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and field sales
  • Ability to quickly identify patterns among problems and issues
  • Ability to make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis
  • Decisive and logical approach to thoroughly evaluating issues
  • Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
  • Versed in concept validation and market research methods such as voice of customer
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer intimacy and understand customer needs
  • Demonstrated effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong project ownership
  • Must be comfortable managing a technically complex product line
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. due to U.S. export control laws and regulations
