Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver and manage projects on time and to budget while managing risk effectively
  • Indirectly manage Honeywell employees and subcontractors working on projects
  • Deliver agreed projects to customers on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure customer satisfaction and generate additional customer business
  • Own project financial performance and monitor actual spend versus available budget
  • Update cost-to-complete figures and provide accurate commercial forecasts and reports
  • Ensure availability of project tools, equipment, and materials
  • Implement and comply with productivity-enhancing project delivery processes
  • Lead project teams in adopting and complying with policies, processes, procedures, and business best practices
  • Manage customer delivery requirements
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve satisfaction issues
  • Review customer feedback and take proactive action
  • Conduct regular project progress reviews with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure the safety of engineering teams and subcontractors through compliance with health and safety processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of project management methodology
  • Experience working in both building sites and operational buildings
  • Experience in project delivery in the built environment
  • Good understanding of financial processes, including revenue recognition and cost control
  • Supervisory knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead a virtual team
  • Ability to understand project-level financial data and identify actions based on variances
  • Ability to analyze operational issues from multiple sources and recognize trends and possible cause-effect relationships
