Expertise in risk management, cost control, and quality assurance
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
Experience leading and managing projects of varying complexity
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
