About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply Life Sciences, pharmaceutical quality-process and regulated-environment knowledge to develop solution approaches
- Relate customer requirements to quality, compliance and regulatory expectations
- Consider GxP, data integrity, validation and controlled processes in potential solutions
- Help customers understand how digital solutions support quality processes in regulated environments
- Stay current with Life Sciences industry trends, digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies
- Partner with Sales to develop solution strategies for complex opportunities
- Assess customer requirements, solution fit, complexity, dependencies and risks for opportunity qualification
- Participate in customer presentations, executive briefings, workshops and technical discussions
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer objectives, challenges, processes and desired outcomes
- Lead and support discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers
- Engage business, technical and quality stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify opportunities
- Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations based on customer processes and requirements
- Develop use cases, demonstration scenarios and solution narratives communicating business value
- Lead solution and value workshops with customer stakeholders
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in German and English communication skills
- Experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Presales or a comparable customer-facing technology role
- Experience gathering and analyzing business, functional and/or technical requirements
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Experience working with Life Sciences, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
- Understanding of GxP, Quality Management, data integrity or validation principles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Sales, Product and Delivery organizations
- Willingness to travel to customers and industry events as required
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud-based software solutions
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes
- Understanding of enterprise integrations and software architecture
- Experience designing customer-specific demonstrations and solution workshops
- Experience working with AI-enabled solutions or digital transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in other European languages, particularly Spanish, French, German, and Italian
- Experience with Quality Management Systems or other enterprise quality applications
- Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms
- Experience working with APIs, integrations or connected enterprise applications
- Experience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
