About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise talent processes
  • Support end-to-end operational delivery of talent initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for talent systems and digital tools
  • Support system governance, enhancements, and user experience
  • Partner with HRIT and technical teams to translate business requirements into system-based solutions
  • Leverage AI capabilities and technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes
  • Apply project management and change management methodologies to drive adoption and results
  • Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and COE teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions
  • Influence decision-making and provide strategic input on talent initiatives and system enhancements
  • Collect and analyze data to generate insights and improve talent processes and programs
  • Develop and deliver enterprise-wide training, communications, and enablement resources for HR, employees, and people leaders
  • Attract, source, and hire top talent while collaborating with hiring managers and HR to develop recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Report to the Director of Talent Process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or talent management
  • Previous experience in Talent Management, HR Generalist, or within an HR Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (valued)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Experience working with talent systems and HCM platforms
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Experience driving process improvement and transformation initiatives
