About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and mentor a team of IT technical product owners
- Shape the strategic direction and effective execution of technology projects
- Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align IT project strategies with business objectives
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations
- Participate in and lead solution design sessions
- Evaluate solution flexibility, implementation speed, quality, scalability, supportability, and cost of ownership
- Become familiar with the BA Digital Ecosystem and data to leverage and extend the landscape for business and technical objectives
- Research and implement new or alternate technologies to support business goals and competitive advantages
- Create detailed business process maps documenting architecture decisions
- Communicate clear, actionable specifications to technical architects, developers, contractors, and business sponsors
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect Team to review solution designs and new technology implementations for standards compliance
- Report directly to the Director IT Business Partner
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of functional and technical experience in NICE CXone, SFDC, and Generative, Conversational, or Agentic AI
- 3+ years of functional and technical experience integrating NICE CXone, SFDC, and Generative, Conversational, or Agentic AI
- 3+ years of experience leading technical solutions related to CX services, including Case Management, Contact Centers, and Agent Management
- Experience designing, supporting, and deploying complex solutions to global teams
- Experience working within an Agile/SCRUM development model
- Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives
- Strong project portfolio management skills
- Strong written and verbal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is valued
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar are valued
