About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the S4 implementation plan for production planning in Process Technologies
Identify and close gaps, manage UAT, process mapping, cutover readiness, training, adoption, and change management
Coordinate activities and plan alignment across functions, regions, and business groups
Provide business-facing and functional leadership to users
Report progress against plan, risks, and mitigation plans
Coordinate S4 system issue resolution with IT support
Coordinate reporting development with the analytics team
Lead improvements and standardization projects for Process Technologies supply planning
Support transformation of processes, technology, and personnel for new planning processes and ERP environment
Drive standard processes and adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model
Ensure full utilization of the S4 tool within Process Technologies planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a supply chain management environment
Proven experience in project management focused on data governance, supply chain processes, and system implementation
Proficiency in understanding system integration and key deliverable and milestone handoffs
Proficiency in understanding master data standards and interoperability, including Material, BOM, Recipe, Production Version, PIR, and Source Lists
Understanding of ERP functional principles and ERP implementation
Experience with S4/ERP/system implementation valued
Project management certification such as PMP or Agile is a plus
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies valued
APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred
Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers
Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
