About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help shape the future of legal advice for private individuals
Work directly with the management team
Optimize legal processes using proprietary software
Create templates and automate workflows primarily with no-code tools, increasingly also with JavaScript
Use AI tools strategically
Develop and test prompts
Create AI-powered solutions to increase workflow efficiency
Support software customers and assist them in using the software
Resolve software customers’ subject-matter and technical questions
Clarify requirements with lawyers, legal assistants, engineers, and other stakeholders
Organize and prioritize the backlog

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified lawyer with at least the First State Examination in Law, or a degree in business law or a comparable field
Curiosity and openness toward technology and digitalization
In-depth knowledge of and strong understanding of legal processes
Exceptionally conscientious and structured approach to work
Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
Understanding of business contexts and commercial relationships
Knowledge of the Pareto principle
Willingness to acquire programming skills
Prior knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages is an advantage but not required
