About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification
- Residence in Germany
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident, professional, and friendly communication—in person, by phone, and digitally
- Willingness to work within clear systems and defined processes
- Ownership of assigned responsibilities and commitment to completing tasks accurately and thoroughly
- Experience in customer consulting, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required
- German language proficiency required, as this is a German-speaking position
