About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule client meetings by phone, through networking, and via leads, while continuously building a pipeline
- Learn and apply consulting processes, conversation techniques, needs analysis, and documentation
- Receive coaching, work based on KPIs, and develop toward greater individual responsibility
- Analyze client situations and develop suitable financial and retirement planning strategies with support
- Build long-term client relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact
- Regularly review solutions and adapt them to clients’ life circumstances and market conditions
- Work closely with experienced consultants and specialists to deliver suitable solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confirmed enrollment in or strong interest in a dual study program at a university, university of applied sciences, or similar institution
- Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and reliability
- Organization, discipline, and personal responsibility
- Results-oriented mindset and a desire to achieve measurable improvement
- Initial experience in sales or communication is preferred, e.g., in hospitality, sports clubs, promotional work, or sales
- Willingness to engage in telephone prospecting and build a schedule of client appointments
- Willingness to work in an environment focused on growth, performance standards, and measurable goals
