Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule client appointments by phone, through networking, and via leads, while building a well-organized pipeline
Learn and apply conversation guides, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards
Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve results
Analyze client situations and prepare consulting materials in a structured manner
Participate in consulting calls, manage follow-ups, and ensure the next steps are taken
Document processes and ensure organizational reliability
Collaborate closely with the team and take ownership of assigned work packages

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level, both spoken and written
Strong communication skills, dependability, and reliability
Initiative and a structured approach to work
Willingness to perform and deliver measurable results
Preferred: Initial experience in sales, customer service, or consulting
Preferred: Experience in a sports or high-performance culture
