About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and coordination of customer transformation projects
Serve as the primary contact for customer-side project managers regarding the PRINCE2 methodology
Deliver individual and group training on the PRINCE2 methodology and framework standards
Review project plans, Highlight Reports, Change Requests, and closure reports for content and quality
Regularly gather feedback from stakeholders
Support project implementation in supply chain, finance, and the establishment of new international subsidiaries
Prepare and present project and program status updates to executives, the Supervisory Board, and employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Friendly, open, and empathetic personality

Strong self-organization and a structured approach to work
Ability to set and maintain priorities for yourself and others
Initial experience with PRINCE2 is an advantage
Willingness to pursue internal training in the PRINCE2 framework
