About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assemble, configure, install, and test mechanical and electro-mechanical components in a cleanroom environment
  • Utilize pressure, flow, calibration, and temperature instrumentation
  • Perform product flow testing of flow restrictors
  • Monitor and record test data
  • Perform verification testing and meet quality standards
  • Conduct visual inspection of flow restrictor assemblies and incoming production material
  • Collect samples for further inspection when required
  • Package and label flow restrictors for inventory and shipment
  • Work from detailed assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications under the guidance of the manufacturing engineer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of electrical and related mechanical principles, assembly applications and sequences
  • General electrical assembly experience and knowledge of electrical and related mechanical principles
  • Soldering skills
  • Certificate or AS degree from a technical school or equivalent experience desired
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to read and understand schematics/blueprints preferred
  • Knowledge of cleanroom protocol helpful but not required
