Key responsibilities & impact
  • Clean and assemble high-precision optical and mechanical components, including spectrometers, diffraction gratings, miniaturized motor assemblies, ESD-sensitive opto-sensors, and electronics boards, following work instructions
  • Use epoxy resins, glues, and small machines
  • Package fragile and heavy parts
  • Perform precise optical alignments during spectrometer manufacturing
  • Optimize and test using automated software and test equipment
  • Use a PC, Excel, and customer software to record traceability and performance (pass/fail)
  • Handle both fragile and heavy parts
