About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing SDR team generating sales pipeline from target accounts
- Coach SDRs on cold calling, objection handling, qualification, and multi-channel outreach
- Partner with RevOps, Enablement, and cross-functional teams to improve tools, processes, and playbooks
- Cultivate team culture, psychological safety, healthy competition, and high performance
- Own the SDR sales funnel end-to-end, analyze data, forecast pipeline, refine strategies, and enforce targets and SLAs
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs through structured training
- Champion ownership, continuous improvement, CRM hygiene, process discipline, and scalable playbooks
- Translate SDR conversations into market intelligence informing GTM strategy, campaigns, and sales plays
- Collaborate with peer managers across regions to drive execution consistency and share best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of SDR management experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical B2B environments
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong knowledge and practical application of modern sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, Challenger, and SPIN
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
- Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity, insights, and coaching
- Excellent communication, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in the Amsterdam area
- Business-level German and fluency in English
- May require up to 15% travel
- Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands
