About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and scale the systems, processes, and data foundation powering Horizon3’s go-to-market engine
  • Maintain day-to-day operations and functional health of the marketing automation platform and Salesforce integration
  • Support segmentation, scoring, routing, nurturing, lifecycle workflows, and compliance tasks including GDPR and CCPA
  • Evaluate, research, and roll out new go-to-market technology tools
  • Support business case development, vendor logistics, and implementation activities
  • Conduct audits, testing, and troubleshooting across the marketing technology stack
  • Execute data governance protocols to maintain accuracy and consistency across integrated systems
  • Identify funnel conversion and handoff problems and drive cross-functional fixes
  • Support campaign setup, pre-launch QA, tracking validation, and multi-channel launches
  • Facilitate account-based marketing programs, including account list uploads, segmentation, tool configuration, and reporting
  • Monitor workflows for bottlenecks and support process improvements
  • Maintain and optimize systems and automations that reduce manual work
  • Research and implement AI agents and automated workflows
  • Track emerging marketing technologies and AI tooling and share insights with leadership
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, SOPs, and system configurations
  • Support end-user training, enablement, peer guidance, and onboarding
  • Partner on attribution, dashboards, metric definitions, data quality, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Serve as an operations partner to Demand Generation, Sales, Finance, RevOps, and IT
  • Align cross-functionally on goals, definitions, and funnel processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Expert, hands-on experience with marketing automation, preferably Pardot or Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Experience administering integrations between marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional systems projects end to end
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, segmentation, and campaign tracking
  • Strong background in data management, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Experience operationalizing account-based marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows, solve problems, and improve team efficiency
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and reach decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a bias for action; able to deliver accurate work quickly and own QA
  • Experience with wider GTM tools such as Chili Piper, Zuddl, RevSure, Nooks, Peerbound, Gainsight, Clay, Influ2, or Reachdesk is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is advantageous
  • Experience in cybersecurity, highly technical B2B markets, or enterprise go-to-market motions is advantageous
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
