About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for NodeZero Rapid Response
- Establish the end-to-end operating model from initial threat signal through research, prioritization, customer relevance analysis, exploit/test development, notification, remediation, retesting, and verification
- Set ownership, decision rights, service-level expectations, and operating rhythms across delivery teams
- Drive standardization and scalability across research, customer communications, integrations, and operational workflows
- Establish exploit-intelligence relationships with security vendors, researchers, and intelligence providers
- Define the threat intelligence strategy across vendor advisories, CVEs, CISA KEV, public research, exploit repositories, attacker activity, and other sources
- Develop vulnerability prioritization frameworks based on exploitability, attacker utility, prevalence, customer footprint, potential impact, and evidence of exploitation
- Partner with vulnerability researchers and attack engineers on exploit prerequisites, affected products, attack techniques, mitigations, and production-safe exploitability validation
- Build capabilities identifying affected customers, environments, and assets using asset intelligence, technology fingerprinting, exposure context, and historical NodeZero data
- Drive customer onboarding and Customer Success motions to get customers to run EAD and keep discovery current
- Drive automation for exploit and test development, including reusable workflows, AI-assisted analysis, automated data collection, quality gates, and production-safety checks
- Define and monitor operational metrics including disclosure-to-assessment time, customer relevance determination time, test availability time, alert precision, validation coverage, remediation rates, and retest rates
- Track Rapid Response test rates and identify adoption gaps
- Own attach-rate analysis and define customer-level triggers for renewals, new ARR, and expansion
- Partner with Alliances, Channel, and Marketing on partner plays, enablement, packaging, and campaigns
- Define and improve the funnel from threat event through notification, testing, remediation, pipeline influence, retention, and expansion
- Own Rapid Response user experience and reporting
- Define integrations with notifications, APIs, ticketing, SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability management, and other security and IT workflows
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Support on launches, enablement, education, adoption, event response, and feedback loops
- Engage directly with CISOs, vulnerability management teams, SOC teams, incident responders, security researchers, prospects, and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Product Management experience building deeply technical B2B SaaS products
- Significant cybersecurity experience and depth in one or more domains such as vulnerability management, exposure management, offensive security, incident response, SOC operations, attack surface management, endpoint security, or threat detection and response
- Hands-on threat intelligence experience is required
- Experience in cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability intelligence, threat research, emerging-threat response, or a closely related discipline
- Strong technical understanding of the vulnerability and exploitation lifecycle, including CVEs, CISA KEV, vendor advisories, proof-of-concept exploits, exploitation in the wild, affected products and versions, exploit prerequisites, mitigations, and remediation
- Experience translating threat intelligence into actionable customer outcomes
- Experience building products that combine multiple sources of telemetry, intelligence, and customer context
- Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions quickly with incomplete information and rapidly changing threats
- Ability to work closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and security practitioners
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience using customer feedback, threat data, product analytics, and operational metrics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Role may require up to 20% travel
