About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the reliable operation of automated warehouse solutions
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule
- Maintain and update applications
- Help establish and further develop service processes using Jira Service Management and, in the future, Confluence
- Contribute to modern deployment processes and monitoring solutions
- Support the implementation of new technologies, including in the field of AI
- Work closely with internal departments and international customers
- Support on-site go-lives before assuming on-call responsibilities
- Gain first-hand knowledge of systems and customer environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good knowledge of hardware and software
- Practical experience in IT support or systems operations
- Knowledge of Oracle environments and SQL is an advantage but not required
- Ideally, experience with deployment processes, monitoring systems, or comparable IT operations environments
- Interest in automated processes, technical systems, and intralogistics
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach to work
- Strong team player with confident communication skills when working with customers and colleagues
- Good command of German and English
