About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the key liaison between Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales Administration, and Business Office teams
Lead the annual R&D budgeting process and ensure alignment with long-term project commitments
Monitor budget, forecast, and financial performance, driving corrective actions when needed
Validate and track upfront project invoice payments
Ensure accurate integration of RFQ inputs and project cost changes
Manage monthly financial reporting across assigned perimeters
Organize and participate in monthly project performance reviews
Oversee cost provisions, internal controls, and financial governance compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in cost controlling and financial performance management, including budgeting and forecasting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Excellent skills in financial analysis and advanced Excel
SAP knowledge will be valued
Strong competencies in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and its ambition to transform the industry
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Occasional travel to Horse Powertrain’s other sites may be possible
