About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify expansion and new business opportunities
- Develop business models, investment theses, and strategic rationale for new operations
- Prepare business plans, financial analyses, valuation models, and feasibility studies
- Lead negotiations with potential investors and business unit directors
- Prepare and present materials for executive committees and Boards of Directors
- Develop and present post-investment analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement and value creation, as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- An MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Strategy, or Business Management is a plus
- Experience in negotiations, Corporate Finance, and/or strategic consulting, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, performance analysis, balance sheet analysis, and cash flow analysis
- Strategic vision and strong analytical skills
- Negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with executives
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects
- Results-oriented, with a focus on value creation
