About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor credit operations, financing activities, and financial investments, tracking rates, maturities, and settlements
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions to obtain quotes, support negotiations, and monitor contracted transactions
- Contribute to financial and accounting close activities, ensuring the accurate classification and recording of transactions
- Prepare reports and analyses related to cash, debt, liquidity, and financial performance
- Monitor financial metrics and support the consolidation of information for management reporting
- Conduct comparative analyses of actual versus planned results, identifying variances, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Ensure the integrity, organization, and timely updating of the department’s databases and controls
- Participate in initiatives to review, standardize, and automate processes, driving efficiency gains and improving information quality
- Collaborate with multiple departments, contributing to the integration and consistency of financial information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in finance operations, treasury, financial planning, controllership, or related areas
- Knowledge of cash flow, banking transactions, investments, and credit operations
- Basic accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret financial statements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial control tools is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (frequency to be agreed upon)
- Reside in cities such as Hortolândia, Sumaré, Campinas, Valinhos, Vinhedo, or the surrounding area
