About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Knowledge of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing routines and processes
Assist with internal and external audit processes
Reconcile inventory accounts
Participate in the annual inventory count
Assess and ensure the integrity of financial figures in accordance with accounting standards
Monitor and review the department’s controls and procedures
Contribute to the implementation of system improvements aimed at enhancing quality and productivity in the department’s routines
Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts
Prepare management presentations using Excel and/or PowerPoint

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of inventory reconciliation processes
Knowledge of cost accounting
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
CRC certification is a plus
SAP knowledge preferred
Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in a hybrid work model
Must live in Campinas or the surrounding region
