About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the interface between IT and business areas, contributing to the alignment, integrity, and evolution of systems in support of organizational processes
- Participate in meetings with business areas to align and prioritize requests, taking the project portfolio and IT Master Plan into consideration
- Gather and analyze business requirements and processes, preparing functional specifications
- Support and maintain the Health Insurance Operator’s systems by monitoring tickets, analyzing requests, and contributing to problem resolution and the implementation of improvements
- Develop test scenarios and support solution acceptance testing with business areas
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose technology solutions to optimize business processes
- Guide and support users in operating the systems, preparing and updating manuals and support materials
- Configure systems according to identified requirements and organizational processes
- Support system implementation and updates, contributing to user training
- Develop reports and perform system queries and data extractions, using SQL where applicable, to support analysis and decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields
- Knowledge of requirements analysis and business processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different departments and professional profiles
- Proactive, collaborative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- At least 2 years of experience with Health Insurance Operator processes and systems, including system implementation and/or maintenance and support
- Experience with the Tasy ERP, particularly modules related to Health Insurance Operations, and knowledge of the associated business processes
- Knowledge of provider credentialing, beneficiary, company, and product registration, payment flows, and the operator’s financial processes
- SQL knowledge for queries, data extraction, and report development in the Tasy ERP
- Understanding of performance indicators such as KPIs and SLAs, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and support managers in analyzing results
- Must reside in Campinas or the surrounding region
- Availability to work in a hybrid model at 2Care’s headquarters in Campinas
- Preferred: experience with platforms, systems, and portals within the Health Insurance Operator ecosystem, such as Planium, Horuss, and similar solutions
- Preferred: experience with the Tasy ERP in modules focused on hospital management
