About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the liaison between IT and business areas, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, innovative, and aligned with institutional processes.
- Lead meetings with business areas to align and prioritize requests, taking into account the project portfolio and the IT Master Plan.
- Gather and analyze business data and requirements, preparing functional specifications through meetings with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by developing test scenarios and supporting system acceptance testing with the business areas.
- Propose technology solutions that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and enhance information quality.
- Advise and support business areas on the proper use of systems by preparing and updating standardized manuals.
- Perform low-, medium-, and high-complexity system configurations, ensuring alignment with institutional processes.
- Plan and deliver user training through courses and presentations, supporting the implementation and appropriate use of institutional systems.
- Develop reports and extract data from systems to support internal analyses and decision-making by business areas.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of requirements analysis and business processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different departments and professional profiles.
- Proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving-oriented profile.
- Experience with health insurance operator processes and systems, including application maintenance, application support, ticket handling, and implementation of improvements.
- Experience with the Tasy ERP in modules related to health insurance operations, with knowledge of the relevant business processes.
- Knowledge of provider credentialing, beneficiary, company, and product registration, payment workflows, and the operator’s financial processes.
- Knowledge of SQL for queries, data extraction, and report development to support business areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with performance indicators such as KPIs and SLAs for monitoring results and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Preferred: experience implementing systems related to health insurance operations.
- Preferred: experience with Planium, Horuss, and similar systems, platforms, and portals.
- Preferred: knowledge of financial and accounting processes related to healthcare operations.
- Preferred: knowledge of the hospital cycle and its integration with health insurance operator processes, including patient care, billing, and the OPME cycle.
- Reside in Campinas or the surrounding area.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model at 2Care’s headquarters in Campinas.
