About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and grow the Customer Reference Program through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Manage the customer community, monthly customer newsletter, case studies, testimonials, and User Groups from conception to completion
  • Track and analyze data to assess Customer Reference Program ROI and strengthen program efforts
  • Create and manage the budget and supply of customer rewards and incentives
  • Enable customers to contribute and share their experiences on technology review sites and analyst reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of progressive relevant experience in marketing, sales, or customer success
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a proven record of driving positive business results
  • Self-starter with desire to develop new programs from conception to completion
  • Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen; high capacity to synthesize data and insights
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously while being organized
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude with desire to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
