About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the point of contact between the Meta manager and the Creatives squad, translating performance data and account needs into creative direction
  • Review incoming requests for clarity and business intent, challenging strategy for the right problem and funnel stage
  • Analyze Meta creative performance with the Meta manager and Analytics, turning results into actionable ideation learnings
  • Define testing hypotheses and build a structured creative experimentation roadmap covering angles, hooks, formats, offers, and CTAs
  • Plan production timelines and dependencies
  • Manage freelancers and agencies alongside the in-house squad, including briefing, onboarding, quality control, and performance evaluation
  • Set Meta specifications, ratios, safe zones, and native-style requirements
  • Perform final accuracy and brand-adherence checks before assets go live
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and push back on low-value requests
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions, including AI-driven automation for localization, versioning, and production

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and account management in the digital advertising industry
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing awareness and performance campaigns on Meta
  • Experience with Google Ads, TikTok, or YouTube is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets such as ROAS, CPA, billings, or revenue
  • Ability to connect creative performance to business outcomes
  • Experience managing and critically evaluating freelancers, agencies, or other external creative partners
  • Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in analyzing success metrics and using data to make decisions
  • Automation-forward mindset and comfort using AI tools to scale production, analysis, and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
