About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure compliance across Hostinger's services
Investigate regulatory requests, GDPR matters, domain disputes (UDRP), and account recovery escalations
Take action based on applicable regulations and internal policies
Identify and close gaps in controls and procedures
Investigate suspicious transactions, fraudulent payment activity, and misuse of services
Determine appropriate actions to protect customers and the business
Connect patterns across compliance, payments, abuse, and account recovery to identify systemic risks
Drive changes to detection logic, monitoring tools, and preventive controls
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive checks and streamline case reviews
Shape AI-assisted investigation tools
Collaborate with Legal, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams
Equip other functions with knowledge, detection tools, and capabilities to recognize and prevent abuse

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of experience in Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Abuse, Risk Management, Trust & Safety, or a related field
Knowledge of compliance requirements and their practical application, including ICANN policies, GDPR, data protection, domain ownership claims, and fraudulent transfers
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Ability to connect patterns, identify root causes, and solve complex problems
High curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
Ability to challenge assumptions, speak up, and take action to improve processes
Experience using AI to build or automate processes in work
Comfort with uncertainty and evolving responsibilities
Fluent in Lithuanian and English
Nice to have: experience with payment fraud, online abuse, account recovery, or fraud detection systems
Nice to have: familiarity with UDRP, EU consumer protection regulations, or other frameworks relevant to digital services
Nice to have: knowledge of international regulatory requirements and compliance practices, such as Brazil
