About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and drive Hostinger's QA strategy across engineering teams
- Introduce AI-powered testing tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experiment with and implement AI agents for test generation, execution, maintenance, and failure analysis
- Help QA engineers transition to AI-assisted workflows through agent orchestration and validation
- Establish quality standards and metrics for reliable, efficient, and consistent testing
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, AI, and DevOps teams
- Integrate modern testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive continuous improvement and scalable QA practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in quality engineering spanning strategy and automation
- Track record of driving change across teams
- Clear point of view on how agentic workflows will transform QA
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- Programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Solid understanding of unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing strategies
- Knowledge of test reliability and automation best practices
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, MCP, or similar
- Ability to demonstrate practical AI applications, validate AI-generated results, and measure their impact
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, scripting, and quality metrics
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset
- Passion for experimenting with emerging technologies
