About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support BoxLunch’s marketing initiatives and creative team by developing print and digital creative assets
  • Develop original graphics and design elements for email and brand marketing campaigns under the Art Director’s direction
  • Prepare files for final delivery in print and digital formats
  • Help design layouts for in-store signage, website, emails, social media, and other applications
  • Perform photo editing, retouching, and clipping
  • Maintain organized working files, final assets, project documentation, and server organization
  • Design creative assets based on approved campaigns and supervisor-provided specifications
  • Attend appropriate project meetings
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks through Adobe Workfront, including reviewing details, tracking deadlines, and maintaining project status
  • Communicate and interact with peers, supervisors, and client representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven design chops and experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Workfront and Adobe XD is required
  • Experience with Figma is a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency), including photo editing, retouching, and clipping
  • Ability to follow established brand guidelines, style guides, and approved creative concepts
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and creative direction, make requested revisions, and apply feedback consistently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Familiar with Prepress techniques, packaging and file preparation
  • AA in Graphic Arts preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of pop culture
