About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on a variety of transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts
- Research and analyze financial statements, general and industry-specific economic conditions and developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies
- Receive broad exposure to investment banking services and client industries
- Take on substantial responsibility and interact with senior-level professionals
- Collaborate with talented and dedicated professionals in an entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029
- Foundational knowledge of and keen interest in corporate finance
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong work ethic and proven leadership skills
- Must complete the Suited assessment within 5 calendar days of receiving the assessment link
- Applicants must be eligible to work without current or future employment visa sponsorship
- Preferred: Fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
- Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred: Adept at leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
